Today on 18th August 2011 Speak Asia COO Tarak Bajpai was released from judicial custody on bail. Earlier mr. Bajpai was on police custody from 29 July 2011 and then in judicial custody from 12th August. EOW(Economic Offence Wing) was not able to produce any strong proof against Speak Asia officials and company. Speak Asia has already in process of registration in India and its is also in news that it is registered in Bangladesh. Today Abaad Ponda who is lawyer of Speak Asia told that all the Speak Asian official has been granted unconditional bail. The news has bring rally a new hope to all Speak Asians. This bail is costing Rs15 lakh which has to be deposited and also Tarak Bajpayi will have to appear on Monday and Thursday in the EOW office.

Dear friend, ganga absolutely well said its very hard nut to crack for SAOL.First of all SAOL do not have strong concept(if they have created in this 3/4 month do not know)because neither SAOL manufacturing anything nor they have any contract with any leading company (As you all are aware of the fact that BATA & AIRCEL etc refused regarding contact with SAOL)so how SAOL is going to manage the payment of all panelist.If you assume simplest of calculation
say if SAOL is paying (does not look like in near future) minimum of Rs 4000/- to each panelist it becomes Rs 8,000,000,000/-in one month(this is only survey income).So by this calculation (Calculation is take minimum most in actual amount will be Double or triple even more)SAOL will be become empty if they pay for 2/3 month.And important thing mind you from last 3/4 months there is no joining.Please share your views with me at pickkick724@gmail.com

Indeed a gud news for al speakasians that tarak bajbai has been release. But i also agree with nani,ganga and rkbelwal. Where is mam haren kaur and sir manoj kumar,when mr bajpai was on bail. Are they working outside for the benefits of SAOL in India? At least they shud update themselves by being in India wit the media... And how SAOL wil manage to pay the panellist for the income(survey & panel) for 2/3 months. So as to say the income that i must get is about 40000 or more in indian rupees that has been credited in my SAOL account. What about those other panellist that the income they shud get is more than lakhs or more, a lump sum total guest must have come to crores and crores. How wil SAOL manage to distribute and pay. I gues these are the doubts that al panellist are goin thru. I reques the SAOL officials to please update us and clear our doubts.
I would like to throw a single question.. what about those panelists, who have subscribed for the ezine and had not been returned even a single penny. What about the return of fund.. I am dead sure, not only I but there will be lakhs of individuals, who need their hard earned money to be returned.
i have full confidence that the money will never get credited in my bank account. even the surveys are missing since the 1st of august..
if they pay now they will have to pay over 2000 crore rupees and as it is there are no new members and no one from the SAOL administration will pay from his/her on pocket

AS YOU KNOW THAT THINGS WILL BE NORMAL SOON FROM 24TH ONWARD BUT IF THE PERSON OR ANY PANELIST DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE ANYMORE THEN EASILY THEY CAN GO FOR THE EXIT OPTION..
I HOPE YOU KNOW ABOUT EXIT OPTION.
AS FOR PRATIK GOYAL, MY SUGGESTION FOR YOU IS TO KINDLY DON'T POST ANYTHING NEGATIVE YET WITHOUT KNOWING A THING.. THE MONEY WILL SURELY B CREDITED, SURVEYS WEREN'T COMING FOR THE LAST ONE WEEK AND MAYBE IT WILL TAKE ONE MORE WEEK ( THIS WEEK) BECAUSE THE SITE WASN'T WIT THE COMPANY BUT WITH THE POLICE (EOW FOR INVESTIGATION) THEY ( MEDIA CHANNELS, GOVERMENT AGENCIES AND CORRUPTED POLITITIANS WHO ARE DELAYING OUR BUSINESS AND EVEN TRYING TO RUIN OUR BUSINESS BUT I KNOW THEY CAN'T) SO THIS IS NOT OUR COMPANY'S FAULT.

Dear Mr Kitbor its not matter of positive or negative it is the real fact.How money will be credited?As every body is aware of that from last 3/4 months there is no joining.And you are talking as you are CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of SAOL. So my dear do not suggest anyone and just do not write like educated fool and do not shoot arrow around the bush. Just think with a cool head and explain regarding SAOL function....
(1)How can you call a company who do not know what formalities is to be done before starting.
(2)What is concept for generating money to distribute among the panelist as earlier also I mentioned neither SAOL manufacturing anything nor they are marketing for any thing.(This is the our money only which they are circulating among us).
(3)Why their bank accounts are freeze in Singapore? Just few month back it was easy going
from either side.
And lots of thing still to write but in next time.This would have been better to go to Supreme Court rather High court. Because we people are from different states and if any sort of problem comes to the high court of particular state, then it has to be sorted out by the individual state court, if it is Supreme Court order, then its common for all the states.Dear friend I am also a panelist think and hope for the best But at same time you have to accept the TRUTH.

I request and ask all you speakasians why are you getting personal.Its just that some people have positive approach towards the company and some don't.
We cannot force anyone to be positive or negative,its solely their decision.
But I feel that if we are positive then it helps us to be more patient.
And regarding payouts....We will get it through bank account only and on which the company has no control right now.So even if the company wants to start the payout it cannot.....
So I request you all to just bear with the present situation.This is what we can do right now.
