Finally Speak Asia panelist must have got some relief as today in Mumbai court ha declined all the plea of EOW against Speak Asia. According to Zee Business news CBI Mumbai has demanded more 14 day custody of Tarak Bajpai and other members. Under a combine force we must ask the union government to regularize & legalize network marketing system in India by amending the law in the parliament with rules and regulations with guidelines for network Marketing. Once MLM law is amended then these types of problems will be reduced and network marketing will become a better industry. Right now we need to unite and send a memorandum to the Prime Minister, Parliamentary Affairs Minister, the main political leaders and other political party’s president through different ways. Friends,Speakasians. With a sad heart i have to inform all of you that our beloved and inspirationl COO Mr. Tarak Bajpai has not been granted Bail today and the honourable Magistarte has now posted the matter for 18th August, 2011
Decision of the metropolitan court on the bail of the COO Mr. Tarak Bajpayee and others is pending and got secured today. Next hearing is on 18/08/2011 when most likely all will be released on bail.
Today's court hearing went in favor of Speak Asia when the counsel of the Company presented a strong case in its favor.
In the meanwhile one of the most important news is the formation of a strong organization called Speak Asia Panelists Association which is moving the honorable Bombay High Court to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) representing the 20 Lakh panelists in India.
This will be a turning point in this battle for right to honest living.
Wait for 18 August friends.
At least.... there is some news channel which is giving an unbiased updates about the company.As we SPEAKASIANS have kept our cool for all these days,lets just wait for one more day.Hope all the four people get bail tomorrow including Mr.Tarak Bajpai.
