Do ever though of creating Pages in Blogger. Here is a simple trick.
1. Create New Post, write in this post what you want to show on page. [example About our blog, or etc]
2. Before publish this post, scroll page down and click Post Options there change time, with old one.
3. Now check your blog, and see that this post, doesn't appear on main page.
4. Go again at blogger dashboard, click Edit Posts and find this post, click View and copy URL from address bar at your browser.
5. Now go to Layout --> edit HTML and replace # with this link, also change and link title (those has Menu)
