Speak Asia seems to have go under more problem as now it has been found guilty of section 591 by ROC which is a act of foreign companies according to latest news as shown in news channel like Zee business. According to this act the companies who are incorporated outside India and Still doing business in India they must have to get registered first before doing business in India. Now the question arises will Speak Asia online will able to register in India and can do there business in India as said by them. Recently Speak Asia has launched its new product based website and according to them there TV's are still in Mumbai port and if this continues it will be very difficult for Speak Asia to work in India.
