There may be some false new which is moving around that Speak Asia COO Tarak Bajpai has been arrested on 29 July 2011 in Indore by Economic Offenses Wing of the Mumbai police. Let us correct you, he is only in custody for questioning and after that he will be free. Tarak Bapai was taken to Mumbai from Indore for questioning. As a committed speakasian I am well aware that there is nothing wrong on the part of the company and its officials.All the fellow speakasians would agree with me on this statement.This is not a major issue as this complaint was made by Kirit Somaiyyah in the EOW,Mumbai 3 months back.Company is fully prepared to face the turbulent situation as always (from last 3 months)and this is just one more.....
Its just a routine enquiry.This is an opportunity for the company officials to explain their business to EOW.
Come what may....Speakasia is going to stay here for ever.....No matter how cumbersome the situation becomes.

I request all speakasians to come forward and show your support for Tarak Bajpai and Speakasia coz we all know that this is a planned attack on the company's image and working.We should share with others this fact that company has not cheated any panelist till date.All the rubbish shown on STAR NEWS is manipulated and has no base.They are not showing Mr.Bajpai's statement that he has all the necessary orders and documents with him and no need to worry.So all Speakasians get ready show your support and trust in SPEAKASIA coz now its a do or die situation.

आज हम speakasia का साथ दे कर जीत सकते है पर साथ ना देकर तो हारने के अलावा कुछ नहीं हो सकता है . यहाँ चोर कंपनी ही टिक सकती है govt. खुद चाहती है लूटो और हमे हमारा हिस्सा दो . क्या कभी आप लोंगो ने ये नहीं सोचा कंपनी भाग क्यों नहीं जाती जबकि मीडिया बार बार बोल रही है कि कंपनी भाग जाएगी . भागने वाले को कभी कोई रोक नहीं पाया है ये आप सब जानते हो . लकिन कुछ तो है speakasia मे जो आज भी fight कर रही है एक बार दिल से सोच कर देखो और कृपया मुझे बताओ कि मैं गलत हू या सही हू ?

As a responsible citizen of India I fully support the speak asian and the company.
In India e books and emagazines do not fall under any price control act so one can sell it at any price.
In India there is a minimum wage act but there is no maximum wage act so speakasia can pay any amount to their members for whatever job done, so far they are not involve in any illegal job as per my knowledge doing survey is not illegal in India. As a layman I want to make you understand this in a very simple way:-
One morning I went to a local labour market and engage a labour for the whole day for an X amount and I ask him to count the no. of bricks in my house. and at the end of the day I pay him the amount which is more than the specified minimum wage as per the govt regulation.
Is this illegal ? If no then Speakasia is also legal.
