Gmail New Feature Import mail & contacts

If you are a Gmail User then now you can import mails and contacts from other email accounts of yours like Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, or other webmail or POP3 accounts. You can also Grant access to your Gmail account to other people on your behalf. Below is the step by step procedure to import your contact and mails And Grant other people access to your Gmail account.Subscribe to Syconet World by Email.

1. Go to your Gmail setting and then to Accounts & Imports and now click on Import Mail & Contacts.


2.Now just put the Email address for which you want to import the email and contacts.
It may require that you will first have to give Gmail access to your that account.


3.Now to give other person access to your Gmail account and use it on your behalf just scroll down in same page and click on Add another account.

This person will be able to sign in to your account to read, delete and send mail on your behalf. They will not be able to change your account settings or your password.

Now Just put the email address of the person who you want to give the access.
